Hundreds of fresh graduates gathered together, waiting to be called for individual interviews.
I have gone through 3 rounds of face-to-face interviews plus 1 written test. Every round there was only one interviewer asking basically the same questions.
The written test is a common logic/IQ test, which should be no problem if you know what to expect.
The process is very ineffective and shows little respect for interviewees. However, it might be an effective practice for the company, as they can hire plenty of engineers within a day.
I doubt if they will use the same method again, as they may not hire as many in the future.
