Headed into the room, and the first thing the interviewer asked was why am I changing jobs. Micron wants commitment, and he questioned how me wanting to change jobs was in poor taste.
This is coming from a company who retrenched 10% of their staff, with some staff having worked there for only 3 months! What a hypocrite, wasting people's time with such profiling instead of looking at their skillsets.
