Applied online from their website for the MSB (Bendemeer) site. Got called for an interview roughly a month later. It seemed like interviews are arranged by batches.
First interview was 1-on-1 with the manager. If you passed the first interview, you would continue to the 2nd round with the director (on the same day). However, my interview ended around 5 PM, so HR asked me to come back the next day for the 2nd interview.
Received an offer roughly 1 month after the final interview.
