I was contacted by the company and had a phone interview of about 30 minutes. There was only one "technical" question, but it was still very easy. I was then contacted for an onsite interview that involved meeting with people at different levels of the organization.

Cons: If your module only has 1 engineer who needs to work during off-shift hours, planning for technical OT hours doesn't really provide work-life balance, and during the off-shift they need to do projects.
