There were two interviews: one with the section manager and one with the director. The section manager was really nice, but the director was frankly intimidating, as expected.
The first interview was about 40 minutes, followed by a 10-minute "interview" with the director a week after.
Got an offer after 2 months of waiting afterward. The offer was declined.
