Process
The first was over a month prior, and it was a phone interview.
For the in-person interview, there was a young HR assistant who read straight from a script. There were no surprise questions. Two higher-ups also interviewed.
The first asked a few of the same questions. The last asked fewer, but they were also the same questions. All asked what the company was about and what it did. All assured that the position was "promotable".
