Worst process and mindset Micron Bangalore (Stay Away).
The first two rounds were from the USA and I was called for an F2F interview. The USA rounds were more focused on technical know-how.
I read a similar experience which I was about to write in the review.
Q1> Why do you want to change the previous company in 2-3 years? Q2> Explain the bug you found in a previous company project (6 years back project).
The interviewer asked me the tenure for the companies. This means he hadn't gone through my resume. He had a negative attitude and an angry face. He asked me why I wanted to change the company in 2.5 years. Without listening to my answer, he concluded:
"The people like you destroy the ecosystem of Indian companies, and companies are not growing due to this."
I think the interviewer himself has changed companies in 2-3 years, however, it doesn't matter.
It's better not to join such companies. I do not have any idea about the Micron culture; however, the Micron Bangalore culture is surely not good, and they definitely will not sustain in the Bangalore market with such a mindset.
