It was a phone interview with the hiring manager. A general technical interview. It turned out that it was just the screening, and I had to interview twice more if it went well. They took a couple of weeks and didn't go ahead with me.

Cons: Though we made a record-high revenue in fiscal year 2022, there is no, exactly zero, wage promotion. Promises from senior management are nothing but an illusory lie. Ironically, according to disclosure information, the wage of the C-suite rose a lot in that year.
