It was easy and they were mainly focused on the basics. The coding interview is more oriented towards basic coding and application skills. Nothing too complicated though. The HR coordination post-interview was a great mess.

Pros: Robust training for new hires, and ample opportunities for exploring different roles within the company.
Cons: As per the recent Taiwan news, management does not have a proper process to do profit sharing with employees. Even though the recent news might be saying XX months of bonus given after reconsideration, you can trust my words that they are likely to be awarding them to employees in the form of shares which will take up to 5 years to vest. Meanwhile, should they go into a downturn anytime within these 5 years, they will retrench folks, and this way, they can officially take back the unvested shares.
