Process
The first interview was with the hiring manager, and the second interview was with the team. A short exam paper was brought by the manager, and he determined the technical skills based on the paper. This was followed by normal questions about background, some casual chats, and suggestions.
Meeting the team was quite fun because they were trying to check my attitude about whether I could take up challenges.
The only dissatisfaction is that the whole process took me 2.5 months. Maybe the process got stuck somewhere.
