Process

I found them on a college recruiting website. They replied within two weeks, and we met for the initial interview.

It was half behavioral, half basic technical questions.

I was then called back for a second interview, which was identical but with a team of engineers in Boise over a conference call.

Questions

I was handed a sheet with multiple tables outlined and asked to write various SQL queries against it.

What is something you learned from your last job that will help you in this role?

Good than nothing

Senior Planning Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: The company has shown some efforts in work-life balance. While the experience really varies from team to team, I am contented with my current team.

Cons: Planning as a profession has some natural shortcomings. It is boring and trivial when nothing happens. When some escalation happens, all sorts of funny folks come to pressure you to make eggs from thin air. In addition, there is no OT pay for the time being.
