Stock appreciation can't outweigh poor pay and management

Pros: The stock appreciated quite a lot over the past 2 years.
Cons: Insanely low base pay even after record profits, and they do not even try to match the industry peers. Freshers' compensation has not moved the needle in the last 4 years. If you are joining for a software role, it is better not to. They treat you like a lower-class citizen compared to hardware, validation, or firmware teams. Management has no clue about software workflows. It is a typical hardware company full of incompetent people and leaders.
