Pros

Decent pay, great stock grants and stock purchase plan.

You can be at the forefront of memory technology that is driving today's AI megaboom, and benefit from the high demand, which means soaring stock price.

Cons

Little sense of community, lifeless office environment, and dead-eyed and overworked employees.

"Flexible work arrangements" in name only, as recent policy changes have significantly reduced effectiveness, especially if you have a long commute or family life.

Too much emphasis on unimportant buzz, such as embracing diversity and inclusion, is just annoying, but par for the course in today's big tech industry.
