Poor strategies for retaining top talent Comparatively less pay based on the living expenses Not sure how the work culture is in the director level.
Please stop sending bonus details for other employees along with emails regarding layoffs and headcount reductions.

Manufacturing Technician
A mass interview was held with people applying for different roles, waiting for their interviews. Light snacks and water were provided. Each round was a one-on-one. The waiting time for the entirety of the process was quite long, around 4 hours.
