If you want to work here, always remember the boss is always right.
You have to always keep your boss happy, and it seems more of a small-scale company rather than an MNC (ONLY FOR INDIAN PLANT).
Do not care about people; only revenue matters.
The boss expects you to work 24x7, which feels more of a dictatorship than a friendly atmosphere.
The day you join Micron (Ahmedabad) you should forget about mental health and work-life balance.

Advice to Management

Better care about the people, or else you would face an extremely high churn rate.

One of the worst cultures that I have ever worked in India.

Quite easy for the first round. The second round may ask some work-related knowledge, so be prepared. The interviewer was quite serious in the second round, and I panicked, so I did not get the job.

Pretty smooth, and the interview took about 40 minutes to end. The interviewers were so nice. Dress smart and be confident. Be yourself and make eye contact with the interviewers.
