Engineer
HR calls. Interview by area manager and director. Manager level would be interviewed by site director. Would do a test before the interview. Interview conducted in a small meeting room. Need to prepare all documents for interviewers.

They were very stern but professional people. The interview process was alright, and not many questions were asked. I had to answer them accordingly and precisely, as they would keep asking until they got their question answered.

The overall interview process was smooth and pleasant. It was nice having a meaningful conversation with them, as they were approachable and made the discussion comfortable and engaging throughout the session.
