Pros

If you don't speak Japanese but want to work in Japan or start a career in the semiconductor industry, this company can be a good option.

Cons

Although the company presents itself as an international organization and designates English as its official language, the English proficiency of Japanese employees is significantly low. While mentors are assigned, they often fail to provide proper guidance, making it difficult for foreign employees to adapt. As a result, the turnover rate among foreigners is high.
