The employee share purchase plan offers a 15% discount, allowing purchases of up to 15% of the basic salary. Starting pay for engineers is considered decent, at 4.5k and above. Promotion opportunities are aligned with the company’s expansion.
The fast-paced world of semiconductors makes work-life balance seem like a dream, depending on one’s definition. Realistically, work-life integration is more achievable. In an American company, retrenchment is always a possibility.
Micromanagement can be necessary at times, but overdoing it may lead to adverse effects.

Software Engineer
Whiteboard question-solving. The interviewer was super nice and patient. Sadly, I didn't get the question right. It was about rotating a graph and finding all prime numbers. Overall, a nice experience.
Semiconductor Product Engineer
There are two interviewers in the interview, and they will chat with you at first for five minutes. They will look at your resume and ask some questions about its contents. Then, they will start to ask you some technical questions for 30 to 40 minute
