Company with good work culture
It has been just two weeks, and the work culture here is pretty good; everyone is approachable. The functioning of this company in itself is very amazing.
As of now there are not much cons, just a few areas that could be improved like the allowance under EAT WELL program could be increased so that we can get full 2 meals i.e. breakfast and lunch rather than just one. But anyways there are some companies that are not even giving this as well.
Also, more no. of WFH days can be given.
A gentle feedback which could make the 5 day onboarding better is that we can let other non-tech NCGs know about how a memory chip is made from scratch of a Si wafer in a simpler and understandable manner so that they can also have an idea.
