I attended an information session on campus and talked with them during a career fair. They called me a week and a half later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was with three engineers. They went over what their part of the company do

First, I started with a phone screening with the hiring manager. Then, they flew me on-site, where I had four or five back-to-back interviews with the manager and engineers. It ended with a tour of their lab.

Contacted within days from application, the first round consisted of an interview with one of the engineers from Micron. The interview process is good, as the interviewer took time to explain the role.
