Work life balance, dependency, and easy onsite opportunities
Heavy politics in all hierarchies. Heard from many teams of credit stealing of others' work, and sometimes the manager helps to do also. Limited career opportunities, as if one wants to change, memory companies are less in India.
The politics of managers making the employees suffer, like favouritism of a few employees and early promotions to a few people who are near to managers and do less work and have less knowledge, making hard workers suffer; and feedbacks that are being ignored on internal surveys.
A mass interview was held with people applying for different roles, waiting for their interviews. Light snacks and water were provided. Each round was a one-on-one. The waiting time for the entirety of the process was quite long, around 4 hours.
It was seamlessly fast. One-round interview with a senior manager. Instantly got my answer. No other company interviews so efficiently. I highly doubt any company will have such an efficient hiring process.
Before the interview, there was an online assessment that tested your IQ skills. Then, the interview was online via Zoom in December 2020. There was only one interviewer, who was from the technical division instead of the HR team.
