It is good for fresh graduates to gain experience, and the people are nice.
Middle to high level with too much political games, and unnecessary work like creating endless decks with similiar content but different design to report to different leaders. It all depends whether you have a relationship with certain leaders so that you can be promoted like a rocket, like 5 year from junior engineer to senior manager or even director sometimes. Personal favorism is an issue.
