Toxic leadership creates a hostile work environment
Compensation is okay, and the AI implementation was quick.
The situation in the QA coe division is extremely hostile and toxic, primarily due to leadership that regularly engages in harassment and repeatedly threatens team members with termination. There is a complete lack of psychological safety and basic support, creating an atmosphere of constant fear, high stress, and zero work-life balance that is deeply damaging to employee well-being.
Take immediate, drastic action to investigate and remove toxic leaders within QAC. Allowing managers to weaponize job security and harass employees is crippling team morale and severely damaging the company's reputation. Leadership accountability and a complete cultural overhaul are urgently needed before top talent abandons the organization entirely.
