Flexible working from anywhere policy is very good. Good chances to engage in a working environment across multiple countries. Good environment to face new challenges and learn new things since Micron changes technical policies or strategies very often. Most departments give opportunities to employees no matter their age.
Politics everywhere, especially across multiple countries. An untransparent management style and lots of departments that want quick wins and short-term solutions, which cause lots of technical debt and wasted resources.
Think about a long-term solution and make important policy transparent. Don't let employees always find policy changes or new limitations without an official announcement.
