For construction side at Sanand factory, the environment is not good.
Didn’t feel like working in a reputed American MNC.
No control on GC and vendors, which feels like we are working for them.
Needs to plan a roadmap for India’s first ATMP semicon plant to deliver at a world-class level in terms of high-quality production and admin facilities along with infra and utilities.
