High workload, high OT requirement, which at staff level is mostly unpaid.
Team politics, where one team does not want to help another team, and engineers get trapped in between.

There were 3 rounds during 3 weeks of the interview process. 2 Technical + 1 Technical Hiring Manager. Overall, the interview process was smooth. Interviewers joined on time and explained questions in a good manner.
