It's been basically impossible to schedule the interviews. The process has been going on for two months so far, and I'm not even at the technical stage. There are very few days available for scheduling interviews, and then interviews get cancelled the day before, over and over again.
Companies need to understand that a candidate might take a day off from their actual work to be able to attend an interview, even if it's just a half-hour call, as not everyone can work from home. It's been pretty frustrating, I must say.
I have decided to quit the process and go forward with another company that values my time.
