I interviewed with two new joiners, both very polite. They seemed knowledgeable. The process was okay but took its time with scarcity of slots provided and quite a few days between each interview round.
Code review was straightforward if you know basic Python syntax, naming conventions, spotting typos, async syntax, and Mistral API syntax.
LLM Quiz was a bit more. It involved a lot of RAG. You were expected to know about KV caching (a bit of a stretch for an Applied AI, basically a Mistral consultant), and to be deep around retrieval and embedding and whatnot, not just superficial RAG.
