I submitted a project via GitHub and then had an initial call with HR.
During the call, she told me that I would be moved to the next round. However, after that, I was ghosted.
After three weeks, I sent a fourth follow-up email, and she finally replied that unfortunately they decided to move forward with other candidates.
But why would they tell me I passed to the next round and then ghost me?
