One of the best recruiting processes I ever had. Everyone at MongoDB is very professional and also very willing to meet your needs.
The first step was with a recruiter, then one with the future manager (you might be asked to make a quick presentation of something you are familiar with), and one with the global director. After that, I had a technical interview with a senior SA. The last step was a role-play scenario in which you play the role of a MongoDB Solutions Architect in a client meeting.
This was quite a time-consuming process, but it really helped me get familiar with the company and the people.
