The interview process involves six steps:

• Interview with the hiring manager

• A technical challenge

Feedback is provided by the hiring manager after each step. A team member will also assist you in developing your sales pitch. If you have no prior pre-sales experience, pay close attention to the feedback. If you make the same mistakes during the presentation and the technical challenge, you will not advance to the next steps.

To secure an offer, ensure you meet all the requirements. Even if you believe you will receive training upon starting, it is best to demonstrate your ability to handle the sales pitch throughout the entire process.
