A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule a conversation regarding an opportunity that seems to be a fit.
The interview was quite strange. The interviewer didn't seem to be listening to my responses. All questions felt scripted, with no real conversation, and all I heard were text scripts.
It seems that because I had to reschedule the proposed time, I was marked as "not even to be considered" and followed up with in this manner.
Human interaction is needed during interviews these days, especially if you are not accustomed to it. Time is too important to be spent poorly like this.
