I was contacted by the technical recruiter for this role. There were about 8 rounds of interviews in total, and it was a lengthy process that took more than 4 months.
The recruitment team at MongoDB was extremely professional. They provided regular feedback about the progress after each interview and kept me informed of any schedule changes.
The interview panel was very supportive, and you got to meet people from various departments, ranging from Engineers to Directors, including some you would work with in the future.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

There were questions about programming, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
