The interview process at MongoDB was sensational.
From the beginning, I was informed about all the details of the job position. As I progressed through the selection process, I gained more clarity by talking and interacting with each member of the team, whether more technical or business-oriented.
The process was masterfully conducted by everyone involved. It's great to have humanized feedback at a time when we have so little human contact.
