Pros: Almost everything is great so far: salary, interesting tasks, great team, work-life balance.
Cons: Maybe a bit too many processes, but that's local to the team and doesn't bother me much.

Pros: MongoDB is a great company to work for. My colleagues are hardworking and innovative. They also helped me a great deal with project-related issues to get me up-to-speed quickly.
Great work-life balance. Most meetings are held taking both East and West Coast business hours into account.
Solid leadership. You also get subsidized to free lunches if you work at the NYC office.
Cons: None that I can think of, unless you consider the lack of 401k match to be a downside. I think the compensation package makes up for it, though.
