There is no pressure on projects, no blame, and no punishment if deadlines are not met (in fact, it's almost always impossible to estimate correctly in the beginning). Company values innovation and initiative. Promotions are frequent. Super work-life balance. It's possible to WFH if needed or to run an errand.

Cons: Some people need stronger pressure to work hard. Democracy and lack of micromanagement is bad for them.
