Pros: The technologies that we are using are always on top.
We have long-term plans, and it's nice that we don't change priorities in the middle of the work process.
Having positive comments from the community.
Working with people from all over the world.
Having cross-team projects.
Nice company events.
We have a lot of benefits and health insurance.
And the most important is that the people I'm working with are great and good professionals.
Cons: I don't see any downsides.
