I received a call the other day. The communication didn't go smoothly, and I'd like to leave this feedback for the company to improve its hiring process.

I think it would be better if companies could send a reminder or book a meeting directly in Google Calendar. I'm unsure if I was supposed to receive a calendar event.

Someone named Vicky called me, and honestly, I had forgotten about the call. I think the person was using a headset, and the audio quality wasn't great. I mentioned that I couldn't hear well, which made the experience uncomfortable and caused me more stress.

I had a similar process at Netflix and can compare at least this initial stage.
