- Good work-life balance.
- As an intern, your mentors want you to succeed.
- Fellow interns and co-workers are great, and it feels like a small community.

Work culture and work-life balance are amazing.
Helpful and empathetic leadership.
Compensation is at par with the best in the industry.
I could go on and on and on.
Cons: I can't think of any. The only thing that comes to my mind is that health insurance can be improved, although some improvements have already been made.
