Structured Interview Process:
- HR Phone Screen (Behavioral)
- Technical Phone Screen (3 programming questions, straightforward) - 60 minutes
- HR (Information on next stages)
- Virtual On-site (2 programming questions + 1 system design) - 3 hours with 15-minute breaks in between
- HR call with results
The HR and team members were super friendly. They gave a lot of insight into what it's like working there, which was very appealing.
Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer, but the process felt fair. HR is happy to share any feedback from the interview process.
