I had only a 30-minute online call with HR. It mostly consisted of behavioral questions and a single technical question about programming languages.

I did not get past this interview, but the recruiter was very kind and honest. I appreciate that MongoDB does not require any online assessments to secure an interview, unlike other companies. I was invited to interview solely based on my resume.
