The interview process consists of two rounds:

Phone interview with a recruiter. This round included one to two technical questions that were easy.
A three-hour, back-to-back interview. This consisted of two coding challenge-style interviews and one behavioral interview.

They state that the coding challenges are designed to assess different skills, but they are truly standard LeetCode questions. It's important to know how to voice your thoughts during these assessments.
