The interview process included:

• One phone screen
• One technical phone interview
• Three on-site interviews

There was also a meet-and-greet with recent graduates. The people were really nice and diverse, not all white, male engineers.

Tougher conceptual and design questions in problems requiring standard algorithmic knowledge. Typically harder problems with very engaged interviewers.

They really worked with me to solve all of the problems, and they were helpful when I got a little stuck. Very competent engineers.

They were clearly looking for behavioral qualities/problem-solving strategy alongside fundamental CS skills.
