Process
Phone screen -> Karat -> Onsite (2 x technical, 1 behavioral) -> Offer call. Interviewers were nice and very friendly. Recruiters were also very quick with the timeline. In all, it was a good and smooth experience. Roles are available for NYC, Austin, Seattle and San Francisco (no team matching until after you accept the offer though).

Pros: - Friendly, open work environment (almost everyone is willing to help you out if you have any questions or are stuck).
- Good work-life balance.
- As an intern, your mentors want you to succeed.
- Fellow interns and co-workers are great, and it feels like a small community.

Pros: Teams set and hold themselves to high standards and are really invested in helping everyone succeed.
Great transparency on plans, thoughts, and goals. Everyone is open and willing to engage or talk.
Really understands its "why" and does a great job communicating it.
Cons: Mongo is growing so fast that some processes haven't had time to mature yet, but people are open to feedback and want to improve. This will resolve itself over time.

Pros: - No racism,
- Acceptance of diversity of people,
- Humble manager (I have never experienced it before),
- Constant growth,
- Working with the best of the best people (you can understand after you've passed through several steps of the interview).
Cons: - Since it is growing very fast, some managers are not aware of what they are doing (yet not affected badly).
- Some people are obsessive about age and the company from which hires are coming.
