Pros: Consistently growing company. Constantly evolving. Strong cultural values. Liberal autonomy. Massive opportunities for self-development and movement within the organization. Freedom to try and fail – to learn. No good idea is ever turned away. Everyone has a sense of ownership and responsibility.
Cons: Keeping up with the speed of change can be slightly challenging at times, both product and organizational. However, the flexibility and responsiveness is part of our strength.
