The interview process at MongoDB included five stages:

• HR
• Hiring manager
• Director
• Technical interview
• Final challenge with five team representatives

It was a great experience, mainly due to clear communication from the hiring manager, who kept me informed about the next steps and expectations. The interviewers were welcoming, and the process was both challenging and well-structured. I appreciated how thorough the selection was; it made me even more excited about joining.

Now, a week into the job, I’ve met amazing people, and it’s great to know future teammates will go through the same thoughtful process.
