The hiring process is very long and complex. You have to go through at least 5-6 interviews to get to the final stage, in which a role play needs to be prepared.
There's always the impression that you are winning an exclusive prize by going through such a process, which gives an idea about the work culture that one can expect from such a company.
I simply refused the offer; personal health is more important than any amount of money.
