Process
A 30-minute phone screen with their recruiter led to an hour-long phone screen with one of their Europe-based Senior Solutions Architects. This led to a series of three, one-hour-long face-to-face interviews at their offices in London with the hiring manager, a senior solutions architect, and their VP of Global Professional Services (via video call to New York). A subsequent one-hour video call interview with another solutions architect was the final step.

An incredible place to work with amazing, talented people
Senior Solutions Architect • Current Employee
London, England, United Kingdom
September 2, 2020
Pros: I've been here for 6 months now and am still blown away by this company.
The product is brilliant, the company strategy & vision is spot on (IMHO), and the drive to continuously improve on the execution is a recipe for success.
Yes, it's hard work and you do need to put the effort in, but you are rewarded with working with some amazing people and a management team who work incredibly hard to bring out the best in you.
Cons: As with most companies during COVID-19, it can feel like the working day is much longer and harder. But this has been recognized, and we are encouraged to ensure we manage our time effectively, taking into account sufficient downtime.
