The company routinely loses talented and dedicated employees due to gross mismanagement, nepotism, and incompetence.
- Listen to your employees, especially when they vote with their feet after having spent over 3-4 years helping you grow your business.
- Stop paying lip service to D&I efforts.
- Promote based on merit and not who you are friends with.
