Not so great to be a part of sales or pre-sales functions. They are going aggressive and are least bothered about employees.
It looks like local management does not have power of its own when it comes to really making a call, but yes, when it comes to making a bad decision, it is all his/her call.
Not a company to join at the moment. No work-life balance. Join right now if you do not have anything else to do and just want to do menial work.
They say that the culture is work-life balanced, but not as such. Or, actually, at some point, it also depends upon your immediate boss.
As they are thankless, you are judged based on your operations capability and sales or pre-sales acumen.
